Create a futuristic and high-tech image for a presentation about 'Local Kubernetes For Dummies'. The background should represent a holographic-style grid subtly glowing in shades of blue and purple, giving a sense of depth and modern technology. In the center, slightly elevated, render an icon of a stylized ship's wheel in a glowing neon-blue hue, symbolizing Kubernetes. Attached at the bottom left to this icon using glowing path lines, design an icon of a whale with containers on it in a contrasting glowing green hue, to represent Docker.
