Raj Grewall is a native of Southern California and has been in St. Louis since 2004. Since 2007, she has been an IT Recruiter working for clients both locally and nationally. Having worked for both small and large recruiting companies, she has seen a lot of different trends, first hand, and feels it’s best to educate the clients and ensure they are fully prepared from submission to interview to hire.
